High Carbon chef knife
A thin and easy to use chef's knife. Will require a bit more care,to keep the rust at bay. Easy to sharpen 1095 cutlery steel. Will darken in time and take on a classic look. Hand made in Colorado with a micarta handle and brass bolsters. A thin, easy to hold handle (3/8") makes it ideal for vegetables and fresh fish. 12 inches overall, 7 inch blade, 4.5 inch handle.
